If you don't know Rob Davis (I always wanted to refer to myself in the third person), I am somewhere in between a full blown computer guy (yes, I love Star Wars) and a marketing pro. My educational background is in marketing but over the years, in addition to a lot of technical training, I developed a "knack" for computers.
